In this update we've squashed some bugs to improve performance.

This update fixes a problem where a small number of users may not get notifications on their phone, which can prevent live calls from ringing.
This follows on from 12.3.1 which introduced major changes to Live Calls, which improve reliability on phones with advanced power saving features.
Please note the app no longer needs to show a continuous notification once Live Calls is turned on.
